Shipping Policy

Due to Covid-19 we are currently not accepting returns to keep employees of Fab Lab Glam safe. In light of this, please contact support if you received a product that has been damaged during shipping.

***Please note: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift card purchases. If a replacement request is accepted, we’ll send you the same product or similar product of same value.***

How long will it take to receive my order?

We process all orders within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

How much is shipping?

We display all shipping charges at self-checkout.  

How much is international shipping?

At this time, we currently do not offer international shipping. 

Where do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at fablabglam1@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
